About Reststar

Since opening his first restaurant in 1982, Reststar Hospitality Group founder, Fabio Machado and his team have contributed to the explosion of new culinary cuisines on Long Island and in New York City. Beginning in Huntington Village, NY, the restaurant group expanded to include ten neighborhood- dining destinations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as on the West Side of New York City.
